Eric Chalbi

Eric Chalbi is an accomplished engineering and manufacturing executive with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as VP of Engineering and Manufacturing at Spineology Inc. since January 2025, Eric has held key leadership positions including Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Silk Road Medical, Inc., and Director of Engineering at Amerilab Technologies. Prior roles include Director of Quality at Access Point Technologies EP and Senior Value Stream Manager at Baxter International Inc., where Eric managed significant revenue streams and ensured compliance with safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals. Eric's background also includes academic experience as an adjunct professor in Mechanical Engineering at St. Cloud State University and various engineering roles at Synovis Surgical Innovations and Gluek Brewing Company. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
