Maxime Laurenty's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2012, they interned at EADS Corporate Finance, where they optimized Excel templates and modeled new systems for performance reward. In 2013, they worked as a research intern at KAUST and the University of Toronto, focusing on hybrid organic/quantum dot solar cells. In 2014, they interned as an R&D Engineer at SUNPARTNER TECHNOLOGIES, analyzing and prospecting laser technologies for photovoltaic applications. Maxime then joined EY as a Consultant and Auditor in their Cleantech & Sustainability Department. From 2015 to 2018, Maxime worked at AQYLON as a Design and Manufacturing Engineer, leading the turbine team and working on turbine design and mechanical integration. In 2019, they joined Spinergie as a Data Scientist for a brief period before transitioning to FairMoney, where they first served as a Backend Software Engineer and later as the Lead Data Scientist. Finally, in 2022, Maxime returned to Spinergie as the Head of Infra & Devops.

Maxime Laurenty began their education in 2008 at Lycée Sainte-Geneviève, where they completed a selective undergraduate program in sciences with a focus on mathematics, physics, and chemistry. Maxime then pursued an engineer's degree in Physics and Energy from École Polytechnique, graduating in 2013. Following this, they enrolled in École Polytechnique once again to pursue a Master's degree in Renewable Energies Science & Technology (REST), which they completed in 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Maxime Laurenty also obtained certifications in Intro to Data Analysis from Codecademy in December 2018 and completed the Machine Learning course from Stanford University on Coursera.
