Blair Duncan is the current CFO & COO at SpineSmith USA. Prior to this, they served as CFO at Continuant from February 2021 to December 2021. Continuant is a Managed Services Provider and Systems Integrator, offering world-class solutions for Cloud, Voice Systems, Networking, UC, and AV. Prior to that, they served as CFO at The Appraisal Lane from April 2015 to January 2021. The Appraisal Lane is a real-time used car trade network and communications platform, enabling dealers to submit vehicles for valuation and receive cash offers. The platform manages appraisal submissions, purchase offers and dealer/buyer communications, as well as financial settlement and title processing. Successful sale to Reynolds & Reynolds in April 2020. Prior to that, they served as CFO / COO at Convergence Ventures from January 2014 to December 2016. Prior to that, they served as CFO at Emergent Technologies from January 2010 to December 2014. Prior to that, they served as CFO at SiteStuff from January 2005 to December 2009. Prior to that, they served as CFO at Trillion from January 2002 to December 2004. Prior to that, they served as VP & Controller at ClearSource, Inc from January 1999 to December 2002.

Blair Duncan earned a MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Prior to that, they completed an AB in Economics & Psychology from Duke University. Blair also has a certification from the Texas Board of Public Accountancy in CPA.
