Nicusor Cheles has worked in the technology industry for over 17 years. In 2003, they began as a Software Developer for Alumil. In 2004, they were a Project Manager and Web Developer for IMS Soft & Services, leading a team of up to 10 developers and specializing in e-commerce projects. In 2006, they were the Division Manager of the "Web Development Center" division of Hostway Corporation, delivering more than 200 projects and achieving operative standardization and monthly sale of 70% man-hours target. In 2007, they were a Project Manager for Online Media Marketing and a Technical Support & Product Manager for EXE Software. In 2010, they became Self-employed as an IT Consultant & Web Developer. In 2011, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer for SII Suisse / Nestlé Nespresso S.A. and as a Technical Support and Presales Engineer and Support and Application Engineer for SpinetiX.

Nicusor Cheles earned a Master Diploma in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest in 2007, after having earned an Engineer Diploma in Automated Systems and Computer Science from the same school in 2005.
