The current leadership team at Spine Wave has a history of working with various medical device companies including Medtronic, United States Surgical, and Applied Spine Technologies. They also have experience as controllers and senior associates at accounting firms such as Coopers & Lybrand and PricewaterhouseCoopers. The team is composed of individuals who have received their education from universities such as Western Illinois University, Fairfield University, and Bryant University.
