Doug Crowthers

Doug Crowthers is an experienced professional in quality assurance and community engagement, currently serving as the Director of Quality at Spinnaker since October 2016. In this role, Doug manages daily responsibilities within the Quality Assurance Department, establishes and maintains the CAPA program, and supports project documentation related to customer requirements and the Quality Management System. Additionally, Doug has moderated the Tom's Hardware forum since January 2011, focusing on community discussions and dispute resolution. Previously, Doug held positions such as Quality Assurance Manager at RR Donnelley, where ISO 9001:2008 Certification was implemented, and Quality Supervisor at Candle-lite. Doug also worked as a freelance technical writer for various technology websites. Educationally, Doug earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
