Stephanie Lennon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stephanie began their career in 2000 as an Associate Corporate Auditor at GE, where they were responsible for auditing financials and processes at seven business units in Europe and the US. In 2003, they joined AOL as Director, Paid Services Product Marketing, where they developed the business plan for relaunching AOL's Paid Services business and retailing subscription services. Stephanie then held various positions at Capital One from 2011-2018, including Business Director, Enterprise Payments and Treasury Operations, Business Director, Commercial Bank Operations, Director, Card Operations Big Data Strategy & PMO, and Director, Strategic Improvement, Card Operations. In 2018, they joined eXp Realty as River City Realty LLC - Specializing in Local Real Estate Sales. Stephanie also founded RVA Property Solutions, LLC in 2013 and Brooke Lennon LLC in 2017. At Brooke Lennon LLC, they published the book "What Would Water Do? Simple Strategies for Navigating Life's Obstacles" under the name Brooke Lennon. In 2020, they joined Spinnaker Consulting Group LLC as Principal, Data & Analytics Practice Lead.

Stephanie Lennon obtained a BS in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, followed by an MS in Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Stephanie then completed an Executive Education program from Columbia Business School in Women in Leadership in 2017. In 2020, Stephanie Lennon enrolled in a Certificate Program in Financial Planning and Services at the University of Virginia, which they are expected to complete in 2021. Additionally, Stephanie Lennon has obtained a Six Sigma Blackbelt from GE in 2002, as well as Real Estate Licenses from the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation.
