Jesse Willmott

Jesse Willmott has an extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Jesse started their career in 2004 at Aon as an Accountant, where they prepared financial statements and regulatory filings for various insurance subsidiaries. Jesse also participated in client board meetings and assisted in annual audits.

In 2006, Jesse joined PwC as a Senior Manager. During their time there, they led audit engagement teams globally and managed carve-out audits of corporate divestitures. Jesse also conducted quality SEC integrated audits for public companies in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and biotech sectors.

Since 2015, Jesse has been working at Spinnaker Insurance Company as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Jesse played a vital role in the strategic direction of the company and led the successful sale to Hippo Holdings, followed by an IPO. Jesse was responsible for financial and accounting operations, including internal controls, tax matters, and financial reporting processes.

Jesse Willmott obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Champlain College, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degree, Jesse has also obtained several certifications. In June 2010, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New Jersey. Later, in November 2014, they obtained the Chartered Global Management Accountant certification from AICPA. In June 2019, Jesse acquired the certification in "Mastering Corporate Finance" from NYU Stern School of Business. Furthermore, in October 2019, they also obtained a certification in Leadership from NYU Stern School of Business.
