Staci H. Bachman serves as the Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel at Spinnaker Real Estate Partners since December 2020. With a solid foundation in commercial real estate and general business law, Staci has built a diverse client base, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and lenders throughout a regional practice. Prior to Spinnaker, Staci held the position of Principal at Cohn Birnbaum & Shea P.C. from April 2008 to December 2020 and was a partner at Kroll McNamara Evans & Delehanty LLP and Bershtein, Bachman & McKeon P.C. Staci began the legal career as an associate at Pullman & Comley. Academic qualifications include a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Wellesley College, supplemented by studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
