Currently serving as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Bluegreen Vacations and Spinnaker Resorts since January 2023 and March 2021 respectively, Rick also coaches sales professionals through Bogunnie Steps Sales Training since April 2017. Previously, Rick held the role of Southeast District Sales Manager at Automotive Dealers Only from October 2020 to May 2022 and managed multiple positions including General Manager and Sales Manager at various automotive dealerships from October 1991 to March 2017. Rick's expertise includes leading sales training initiatives, managing dealership operations, and employing a non-confrontational sales process focused on performance and referrals.
