Amy Tardy Schmahl has extensive experience in executive support and operations management, currently serving as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Spinnaker Support since November 2020. Prior to this role, Amy worked as an Executive Assistant and Director of Operations at Adam James International, providing comprehensive administrative support in a retained search firm specializing in senior management placements. Additional experience includes serving as Training Store Manager at Athleta, where Amy managed one of the top-grossing stores nationwide, and as Dance Instructor at Metropolitan Academy of Dance, showcasing strong leadership and instructional skills. Earlier roles in sales management at WellDyne, Inc. and Pitney Bowes, along with various positions in retail management, have equipped Amy with a robust skill set in operations, sales, and team development. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Merchandising from Indiana University Bloomington.
