Joerg Hoenig

Joerg Hoenig is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at SpiNNcloud Systems GmbH since January 2023, Joerg previously spent over two decades at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, starting as a Senior Product & Test Engineer and progressing to the role of MTS Test Engineer until December 2022. Prior experience includes work as Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance at Samsung Semiconductor Europe GmbH, where responsibilities involved resolving technical product issues and managing quality agreements, as well as providing support for design-in activities and technical training. Joerg's career began as an Application Engineer for Digital Products at Sanyo Semiconductor Europe GmbH, focusing on customer support and product specifications. Educational qualifications include an Engineering Diploma in Semiconductor Devices from Lwow Polytechnical Institute and a University-entrance diploma from Gymnasium "Martin Luther" Eisleben.
