Charan Manoj

Charan Manoj is an experienced program manager currently with Spinny since February 2022. Previously, Charan served as a city manager at Porter.in, where responsibilities included developing a strategy for city expansion and overseeing a city-wide P&L exceeding $12 million annually. Charan's role as a growth manager at Rupeek involved crafting data-driven growth strategies and achieving sales targets across multiple business channels. At Urban Company, Charan worked as a senior category manager, successfully launching a full-stack model in Hyderabad and scaling business operations significantly. Earlier experience includes a business development manager position at CredR, where Charan sourced vehicles and restored significant lost supply, as well as engineering experience as a field engineer at RVR Constructions. Charan holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology and an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Indian School of Business.
