Madlen Karnatz

Madlen Karnatz has a diverse work experience history. Madlen started their career at Environmental Systems Design, Inc. in 2014 as a Corporate Finance & Accounting Intern. In 2015, they joined One Shirt One Body as the Director of Development before transitioning to various roles at The University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business, including Managerial Economics Teaching Assistant, Academic Tutor, and Macroeconomics Teaching Assistant. In 2016, Madlen joined Protiviti as a Consultant, where they worked until 2019. Since 2019, they have been working at SPINS, starting as an Associate in the Financial Partners Group and eventually being promoted to Senior Associate and then Associate Director in the Financial & Professional Services department.

Madlen Karnatz has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance and Chinese from the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, they have studied Chinese Language and Culture at Peking University. Prior to their university education, Madlen attended Saint Ignatius College Prep. In terms of additional certifications, Madlen has obtained a certification in Robotics Process Automation from UiPath.
