Rachael Smith

Rachael Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and patient support roles. Currently serving as a Senior Data Generation Analyst at SPINS since December 2018, Rachael previously held the position of Data Generation Analyst within the same company. Prior to SPINS, Rachael worked as a Patient Support Specialist at Hanson Family Chiropractic, where responsibilities included greeting and assisting patients, scheduling, and addressing billing inquiries. Rachael also managed office operations as an Office Manager at Align Chiro & Health, implementing systems that enhanced productivity. Beginning a career at Whole Foods Market as a Whole Body Team Member, Rachael holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition & Functional Medicine from the University of Western States and a Bachelor of Arts in Photography from the University of Iowa.
