Ted Karapanos

Ted Karapanos possesses extensive experience in client integration and software support within the retail technology sector. Currently serving as the POS Client Integration Manager at SPINS since June 2015, Ted excels in client communication, training, and coaching, with a strong focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Prior to this role, Ted worked at Retail Data Systems from February 2012 to April 2015, where responsibilities included the installation and maintenance of point of sale and pricing systems, as well as collaborating with stores and developers to optimize software usage.
