Alice Liou

Alice Liou currently serves as the VP of Finance & HR Operations at SpinSci Technologies LLC, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Alice accumulated extensive experience at Pansophic Learning, advancing from Manager of Finance to Director of Finance and finally to Director of International Finance between October 2017 and January 2025. Earlier experience includes positions at Cvent as Manager of Finance and Senior Financial Analyst, and at Catamaran as Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate Finance. Additionally, Alice worked as a Financial Analyst in Corporate Finance at Parallels. Alice holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Law, both from Binghamton University.
