Santhosh Ranganathan has over 18 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Santhosh is currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Spintly since July 2021, where they are responsible for revenue generation. Prior to this, they were the Head of Sales & Customer Experience at Spintly from July 2020 to June 2021.
Before joining Spintly, Santhosh worked at iCard Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. from October 2018 to June 2020 as the Head of Business Operations.
From April 2018 to October 2018, they held the position of Senior Director of Customer Experience at Furlenco. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Experience at Furlenco from March 2015 to March 2018.
Santhosh began their career at Indigo Airlines in July 2006 as the Manager of Customer Service, a role they held until March 2015.
Santhosh started their professional journey at Royal Orchid Hotels in September 2003 as the Lobby Manager and worked there until March 2006.
Throughout their career, Santhosh has accumulated a wealth of experience in sales, customer experience, and operations management.
Santhosh Ranganathan studied at Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University in Kanpur from 2006 to 2008. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree majoring in History and English. In 2019, they also acquired a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification through Exemplar Global, Inc.
