Craig Flanagan is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Landmark Homes Auckland South/East and Spiral Drillers Civil Ltd since March 2022 and March 2020 respectively, Craig has previously held roles as an Estimator at Smith & Sons Renovations & Extensions Franklin and a Residential Supervisor at Dominion Constructors Ltd. Craig's early career includes experience as a self-employed contractor and site supervisor at several companies, with a strong focus on supervising builders, apprentices, and sub-trades, ensuring health and safety standards, and maintaining quality control on construction sites. Craig holds a Trade Certificate in Carpentry from BCITO, completed between 2000 and 2004, and completed education at Pukekohe High School from 1989 to 1992.

Welcome to Spiral Drillers Civil, New Zealand Spiral Drillers Civil are well established and respected piling contractors in the foundation construction of cast in situ reinforced concrete and timber piles, driven piles, underpinning, sheetpiles and screwpiles. Although working mostly in Auckland and Waikato, we will travel to anywhere in NZ for your residential or commercial project. Spiral Drillers' aim is to be the best piling company in New Zealand, with quality standards exceeding all competition while still maintaining a cost effective solution for our residential and commercial clients. Working with the council and engineers to solve problems instead of creating them, and keeping documentation of all works done for easing through the consenting process.
