Job description

Develop and maintain knowledge management systems, databases, and tools to capture, store, and disseminate information on exercise and event observations, lessons learned, and best practices. Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends and issues related to exercise and event planning and execution, and provide recommendations to improve collection management processes and procedures. Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure collection management requirements are integrated into exercise and event planning. Provide technical expertise and guidance to exercise and event planners on collection management matters. Coordinate with external organizations to ensure collection management requirements are addressed during joint or interagency exercises and events. Develop and conduct training on collection management processes and procedures for exercise and event personnel. Stay current on industry developments and best practices related to collection management and exercise planning and execution, and make recommendations for implementing new approaches. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as military science, intelligence studies, or political science preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in collection management or related field. Strong knowledge of collection management processes and procedures, and experience in exercise or event planning and execution. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present information to senior leaders and stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively with other subject matter experts and stakeholders to achieve common goals. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $138,000.00 per year
