Yifat Marom

Yifat Marom has extensive experience in product management and quality assurance, currently serving as a Product Manager at Spiral Solutions since January 2006. In this role, Yifat is responsible for shaping and executing the product roadmap, gathering market and customer insights, and managing the complete product lifecycle from concept to deployment. Previous roles include QA Manager and QA Team Leader, where Yifat established testing infrastructures and methodologies, achieving significant cost reductions and embedding AGILE/SCRUM practices within the organization. Yifat's career began as a Project Manager at Pionet Technologies, leading multiple divisions and analyzing client needs. Yifat holds a Practical Engineer degree in Computer Software Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel.
