Laila Foldager Scharff

Laila Foldager Scharff currently serves as a Digital Forretningsudvikling at Spiras since November 2024 and has been a volunteer mentor for Ukrainian refugees at Dansk Flygtningehjælp since February 2022. Previously, Laila worked as a Business Analyst and Lean Consultant at SEGES Innovation from September 2013 to October 2024, focusing on optimizing the use of ERP systems Ø90 and InterCount and providing training to various DLBR companies. Laila has extensive experience in accounting and support roles, including positions as a Regnskabsassistent at Kolding Herreds Landbrugsforening and Fyns Familielandbrug. Educational background includes degrees in Forandringsledelse og -kommunikation from Aros Business Academy and Procesleder from Rambøll, as well as a strong foundation in mathematics and music from Vejen Gymnasium.
