Elizabeth Spry

Elizabeth Spry has extensive experience in human resources and sustainability across various leading organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Sustainability at Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc since May 2019, Elizabeth has also held significant HR roles within the same company, including Head of HR for Northern & Southern Europe and HR Lead for Corporate Functions. In addition, Elizabeth is a Member of the Board of Trustees at Move More since October 2023. Prior to joining Spirax-Sarco, Elizabeth worked at EDF (UK) from August 2013 to May 2019 in roles such as Nuclear Talent & Capability Manager and Nuclear Resource Planning Manager. Elizabeth's earlier career includes positions at British Energy and Independent RPO, focusing on workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management. Elizabeth holds an MA in Human Resources from the University of Gloucestershire and a BSc(Hons) in Science from the University of the West of England.
