Kimberley Potts

Kimberley Potts has a strong background in HR, starting their career at House of Fraser as a Training Support Team Administrator Student Placement. Since then, Kimberley has held various roles such as HR & ER Processes Coordinator, HR Advisor Projects & Technology, Compensation and Benefits Adviser, and Internal Comms and Employee Engagement Manager. Currently, at Spirax Group, Kimberley is the Human Resource Information System Manager, overseeing the development and execution of internal communications plans and managing HR technology implementation. Kimberley holds a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.
