Nikki Mitchell

Nikki Mitchell has an extensive background in IT service management, currently serving as the Head of Service Operations for Spirax Group since April 2025. Prior to this role, Nikki held various positions at Dyson, including IT Service Manager and Global Head of Service Operations.
