Sarah Petherick

Sarah Petherick is the Group Head of Colleague Experience at Spirax Group, a role held since February 2023. Previously, Sarah was the International Head of Learning & Development and UK & Europe Lead for Learning & Development at DLA Piper from December 2021 to February 2023. Sarah's experience at KPMG spans several positions, including Associate Director of People & Culture, where contributions included leading global talent and learning programs, employee engagement initiatives, and a cultural change program. Prior roles also encompass Managing Consultant at KPMG UK, Learning and Development Manager at Ecclesiastical Insurance Group, and an early career in various consulting roles at KPMG UK, focusing on organizational development and change management. Sarah holds an MSc in Management from the University of Bath and a BA Hons in International Relations from the University of Leeds.
