Steven Bull

Steven Bull is a legal professional with extensive experience in company and commercial law. Currently serving as Group Divisional Counsel and Group Corporate Counsel at Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc since November 2013, Steven has specialized in corporate finance transactions, including business and share sales and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Steven worked as a Solicitor at Blake Lapthorn for a brief period in 2013 and held the position of Senior Solicitor at Glanvilles from March 2011 to August 2013. Earlier experience includes serving as a Solicitor in the Company Commercial Department at Paris Smith LLP from October 2005 to March 2011. Steven obtained an LPC from The College of Law in Guildford and an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Southampton.
