Abdul also held the position of General Manager of Metal Manufacturing at GKN plc, where they successfully managed plant operations in different locations.

Abdul's career began with Ford Motor Company, where they started as an Apprentice in Engineering and gained valuable experience. Overall, they have a strong background in leadership, operations, supply chain management, and business development within the automotive and engineering sectors.

Abdul Butt attended Loughborough University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering & Management. Additionally, they completed the International Leadership Development Program at GKN plc in 1999.
