Nashtara Islam

Nashtara Islam has over a decade of experience in engineering and business development, currently serving as the Country Sales Manager for Pakistan and Afghanistan at Spirax Sarco since March 2012. Nashtara has held various roles within Spirax, including EMEA Developing Markets Business Development Executive, Project Engineer, Proposals Engineer, and Senior Research Engineer, contributing to thermal energy management and innovative sensing technologies. Engagement with professional organizations includes leadership positions in the IET Gloucestershire Network and East Midlands Young Professionals, promoting events and member services. Nashtara holds a PhD in Mechatronics Engineering from Loughborough University and an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business, complemented by extensive early education in engineering and science.
