Paul Lee

Paul Lee has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the Asia Pacific region. Paul served as President of the Asia Pacific region at Spirax Sarco starting in 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Gates Corporation where they held the position of President for the Asia Pacific region from 2009 to 2016. In this role, they had full P&L responsibility for the APAC region, overseeing multiple industrial and automotive markets. Paul was also the Chairman of two joint venture boards in China and Japan. Before their time at Gates Corporation, they were the President of Asia Pacific at Bystronic from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they held the position of Managing Director for Asia at Gates Corporation from 1991 to 2005.

Paul Lee completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the National University of Singapore. Paul then pursued an MBA in International Business from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. More recently, they completed the FT Non-Executive Director Diploma - Pearson SRF BTEC Level 7 Advanced Professional Diploma in Public Administration through the FT Board Director Program.
