Sankalp Potbhare

Sankalp Potbhare currently serves as the Region President for Asia Pacific, Greater China & Japan at Versuni, leading a multi-billion Euro business and being a member of the Global Executive Leadership Team. Prior to this role, Sankalp was the Managing Director & CEO for Versuni in Asia Pacific & Japan, overseeing the company's P&L in the region. With extensive experience in the consumer goods sector, Sankalp held the position of Regional Commercial Director at Kimberly-Clark, leading a $4 billion business in the APAC region. Previously, as Chief Commercial Officer at The Kraft Heinz Company, Sankalp managed a $1 billion business in Asia and successfully turned around the India business unit during tenure as Managing Director for South Asia. Other significant roles include Region Head at RB, where business size exceeded $300 million, and Vice President of Sales at PepsiCo, focusing on revenue and market segmentation strategy. Sankalp started a career at Hindustan Unilever as a summer intern after completing an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a BCom in Commerce from R A Podar College.
