Peter Townsend

Peter Townsend is currently serving as the Lead Digital Business Development Manager EMEA at Spirax Sarco since September 2022. Prior to this role, Peter held various positions at ERIKS, including Center of Expertise Lead for Power Transmission and Director of Engineering and Reliability Services. Peter's extensive experience spans multiple roles in the bearings and lubrication sectors, including Director and General Manager at ERIKS UK & Ireland, as well as Product Manager and Technical Manager in earlier positions. Previous roles also include Product and Service Manager at Biffa, Sales Engineer at Schaeffler, and various engineering roles at NSK and TE Connectivity. Peter holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from De Montfort University, obtained in 2000.
