Oleg Rukavishnikov has a strong background and extensive experience in software engineering. Oleg's expertise includes web application development, index tuning, content and faceted search, large scale data import, data analysis, and conversion. Oleg has managed engineering groups, established development policies and procedures, and driven technical strategies.
