Heather Hilinski

Heather Hilinski is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in media relations and public relations. Currently serving as Account Director at Spire Communications since April 2022, Heather provides strategic communications counsel for DARPA's Information Innovation Office. Prior experience at Lockheed Martin spanned over eleven years in various roles, including Public Relations Specialist and Integrated Communications Senior Representative, where Heather managed communications for the Spectrum Convergence division and Cyber Solutions line of business. Additional roles encompassed CEO communications, employee communications, and strategic campaign planning, significantly enhancing corporate messaging and engagement. Heather began their career with internships and positions at companies such as New Balance and Development Counsellors International, all while holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Spanish from Penn State University.
