Jim Ganger

Jim Ganger has a wealth of experience in the financial industry. Jim began their career as a Financial Advisor at CUNA Mutual Group in 1992 and ultimately worked their way up to become the Division Manager, where they managed financial advisors in six states. During their time at CUNA Mutual Group, Jim was also the National Sales Manager for Life and Long Term Care Insurance, responsible for developing initiatives to grow sales and conducting training programs for over 500 advisors.

In 2010, Jim joined USAdvisors Network as the Chief Operating Officer/National Sales Manager. Jim was responsible for managing relationships between registered representatives and financial institutions across the nation, as well as business planning and marketing.

In 2013, Jim joined SPIRE Credit Union as an Investment Manager and quickly advanced to the role of VP Member and Partner Development. Jim later became the SVP Relationship and Service Experience, overseeing the retail operations and service experience at SPIRE Credit Union.

Jim's most recent role at SPIRE Credit Union is the SVP/Chief Retail Officer, Relationship and Service Experience, where they continue to provide leadership in enhancing the member experience and driving the credit union's retail growth.

Throughout their career, Jim has demonstrated a strong focus on relationship management, sales growth, and training development.

Jim Ganger attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 1983 to 1985, where they studied Business Management. Jim then went on to study Logistics Management and Business Management at the Community College of United States Airforce from 1986 to 1990.
