Mike Dias

Mike Dias, GSC, is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and estimating within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at Spire Development Corporation since October 2019, Mike has previously held roles including Project Manager at RAM Construction Inc. and Estimator/Project Manager at Kinetic Construction Ltd. Additionally, Mike has experience as President of Tru-Sync Construction and Project Manager at Camdon Construction, where responsibilities encompassed design build construction for commercial projects, including design, permitting, tendering, and completion. Mike's earlier experience includes significant fixed price project bidding at Novacom Construction and Halse-Martin Construction. Mike earned a Diploma in Architecture and Building Engineering Technology with a focus on Economics from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
