Ewa Riches

Ewa Riches began their work experience in 2003 as a Management Accountant at Network Rail. Ewa later took on the role of Project Accountant before moving to T-Mobile in 2007, where they worked as a Senior Finance Analyst, focusing on IT Capex. Ewa held this position until 2010 when they became a Senior Business Controller, overseeing IT Capex and Major Projects. In 2014, Ewa joined EE as Senior Finance Manager, responsible for Networks Capex. Ewa stayed with the company until 2018 and then joined Ocado in 2019 as a Senior Finance Capex Analyst. Ewa's most recent role is with Spire Healthcare Group plc, where they started as a Finance Director in 2019 and subsequently became an Operations Director in 2022.

Ewa Riches studied at Nottingham Trent University from 1999 to 2003, earning a BA(Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance. Prior to that, they attended St Albans Girls' School from 1992 to 1999. In terms of certifications, Ewa obtained PRINCE 2 Foundation & Practitioner in 2015 and CIMA in 2007.
