Pauline Hart

Pauline Hart has extensive work experience in learning and development roles. Pauline is currently the Head of Learning & Development at Spire Healthcare Group plc. Prior to this, they were the Head of Learning, Talent & Development at an undisclosed company.

From 2010 to 2021, Pauline worked at Heathrow Airport Limited, where they held various positions, including Head of Learning Strategy, Head of Training Transformation, Head of Learning, and Talent & Development Manager.

Before joining Heathrow Airport Limited, Pauline worked at Treasury Wine Estates Emea Ltd as an HR Manager/Learning & Organisational Development Specialist.

Pauline'searly work experience includes roles at Unisys, where they served as a Senior L&D Consultant and HR Business Partner.

Throughout their career, Pauline has gained expertise in driving learning and talent development strategies and building high-performance cultures.

Pauline Hart earned a BA (Hons) 2.1 in Business Studies & HR from the University of Greenwich from 1991 to 1995. Pauline later obtained an MA in Strategic HR Management from Kingston University from 2001 to 2002. In 2008 to 2009, they completed an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of East London. Additionally, Pauline has undergone coaching training at the Academy of Executive Coaching.
