Professor Lisa Grant

Professor Lisa Grant currently serves as the Group Clinical Director and Chief Nursing Officer at Spire Healthcare Group plc, a position held since March 2023. Previously, Grant held the role of Chief Nurse at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust from March 2019 to February 2023 and was Chief Nurse and Chief Operating Officer at The Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospital Trust from March 2014 to 2019. Prior to these roles, Grant served as Director of Nursing and Modernisation and Deputy Director of Nursing at The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust between September 2009 and March 2014, and as Divisional Lead Nurse for Surgery, Theatres and Critical Care at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust from 2007 to June 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from the University of Chester, along with a Diploma in Registered Nursing from Liverpool John Moores University.
