Tom Ryder has a diverse work experience background in both the healthcare industry and the sports industry. Tom has held various senior management positions and has demonstrated strong leadership skills in sales, business development, and operations. In their most recent role as the Group Sales and Business Development Director at Spire Healthcare Group plc, they led a team of regional directors to drive revenue growth and achieve outstanding ratings by the CQC. Prior to that, they served as a Hospital Director and HUB Lead at Spire Nottingham hospital, where they successfully delivered significant growth and achieved an outstanding rating. Tom also has experience in the sports industry, serving as the Head of Commercial at Worcester Warriors and leading the development of commercial rugby revenues. Tom Ryder completed their BSc in Sports Development at Sheffield Hallam University from 2001 to 2004. Tom later pursued an MSC (dip) in Sports Management/Development from the same institution, from 2004 to 2005.
