Toni Gilson has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2000, Toni worked at BUPA Wellness, initially as a Call Centre Manager, then as the Head of Client Services, and later as a Business Development Manager. Toni then joined Spire Healthcare Group plc in 2007 as a Business Development Manager at Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital, where they played a key role in developing the hospital's local business strategy. In 2014, Toni moved to Spire St Anthony's Hospital as a Business Development Manager, overseeing the expansion of the hospital and the development of a full pediatric facility. In 2017, Toni worked as a Sales and Services Manager at Nuffield Health before returning to Spire Healthcare Group plc in 2018 as the Head of Sales and Business Development. Currently, Toni holds the position of Sales & Business Development Director, East of England at Spire Healthcare Group plc.
