Wayne Miller has a diverse work experience spanning from 1996 to the present day. Wayne began their career at Premiere Global Services as a Senior Enterprise Operations team member, where they supported a fax/email/sms/voice delivery switch and provided service desk and 1st line support. Wayne also trained and developed team members and new employees. In 2009, Wayne joined Harrogate Borough Council as a Service Desk Technician, where they logged service desk calls and updated user records and CMDB. Wayne then moved on to ViON Corporation and Virgin Trains East Coast, both as Service Desk Analysts. At Civica, they worked briefly as a Service Desk Analyst before joining Spire Healthcare Group plc. At Spire, Wayne held various roles, including IT Service Desk Analyst, 2nd line Service Desk Engineer/LANDesk Administrator, and currently, ServiceNow Lead Administrator.

Wayne Miller attended Canon Lee School from 1983 to 1988, where they completed their GCSE's.
