Vivian Vu

Vivian Vu is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Spire Hospitality since June 2022, Vivian has previously held various roles including Human Resources Management and Front Desk Supervisor at DoubleTree by Hilton from August 2018 to June 2022. Prior experience includes positions at Terranea Resort as a Front Desk Agent and Food and Beverage Supervisor, where supervision of over 85 staff members and excellent guest service was essential. Beginning a career as a Server at The Cheesecake Factory from June 2012 to June 2017, Vivian demonstrated strong guest service skills, payment handling, and proficiency in POS systems while also serving as a designated server trainer.
