Ian Cooley

Ian Cooley, MA, PHR, serves as the Director of Community Affairs & Customer Retention at Spire since April 2018, where responsibilities include leading diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, building partnerships, and fostering engagement within the company. Previously, Ian held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at INROADS, Inc., and worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at the Kentucky Lottery Corporation, providing comprehensive HR services and support. Ian began a career in recruitment at American Commercial Lines, managing the hiring process and engaging with community organizations. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Murray State University.
