Shiv Kumar has worked for four companies in the past. shiv began with Infosys in 2008 as a Facility Executive. In 2010, they joined Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking - SGCIB as a Sr Executive -Administration & Facilities, where they handled space, space management, house keeping, security and asset management. In 2015, they moved to Spire Technologies as a Senior Associate - Admin & Facilities. Finally, in 2017, they joined Luxoft as an Office Manager and Head Operations- India.

Shiv Kumar completed a Bachelor of Hotel Management from Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University in 2007. shiv studied Hotel/Motel Administration/Management and Hotel Management.
