Subha Sivaraman

Subha Sivaraman has over 18 years of work experience. In 2003, they began their career as a Sales Officer at Parle. In 2004, they became an Account Manager at Monster India. Two years later, in 2006, they moved to MeritTrac Services as Manager Business Development & Service Delivery. In 2012, they took on the role of Regional Manager at eLitmus Evaluation Pvt Ltd. In 2015, they joined Cognizant as Global CoE - Talent Acquisition and Recruitment - Healthcare, Life-sciences and Insurance domains, as well as Social Media Recruitment. In 2021, they became Director at HiyaMee, and in 2022 they took on the role of Director at Spire Technologies.

Subha Sivaraman began their educational journey in 1995 at Kendriya Vidyalaya. Subha then attended SDNB Vaishnav College before completing their Master of Management Studies (MMS) in Digital from the University of Mumbai in 2002. In 2017, they obtained the Distinguished Talent Acquisition Professional certification from the Aon Hewitt Learning Center.
