Dane Werley, CPA

Dane Werley, CPA, has a diverse work experience in finance and financial consulting. Dane currently serves as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Spire Power Solutions since September 2021. Prior to this, Dane worked at CBIZ CMF, LLC, where they held various leadership roles including Senior Principal, Principal, and Senior Associate from 2018 to 2021. At CBIZ CMF, Dane provided financial and operational consulting services to private equity-backed companies. Additionally, Dane worked at CFGI as a Manager and Consultant from 2016 to 2018, supporting companies with technical accounting, M&A, and corporate finance services. Dane's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as an Assurance Associate from 2013 to 2016.

Dane Werley, CPA, obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Penn State University from 2009 to 2013. During that time, they pursued a curriculum that allowed him to earn a BS in Accounting and a BA in Public Relations with a minor in Spanish.
