Kelly Loughery

Kelly Loughery currently serves as General Counsel at Spire, with additional responsibilities as Deputy General Counsel, Director, and Corporate Secretary. Loughery also holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Prior experience includes various roles at Motorola Solutions, where Loughery was Lead Counsel for U.S. Federal, Cybersecurity, and Strategic Business Units, as well as Senior and Commercial Counsel. Loughery worked as an Associate in Government Contracts and International Trade at Blank Rome LLP and as Compliance Counsel at Smiths Detection. Earlier career includes a role at Babirak Vangellow & Carr in Corporate Practice/Securities Law and serving as Senior Account Manager/Consultant at Cognito. Loughery holds an LLB in Law from City St George’s, University of London, a Masters in International Relations from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of North Florida.
