Richard Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Richard started their career in 2007 as an Electronics Engineer at Sharp Laboratories of Europe. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as an Electronics Systems Engineer at Paxton Access Ltd, gaining experience with MCUs and applications processors. Richard then moved on to become the Managing Director at Liquid Stranger Limited from 2013 to 2015. Since 2015, Richard has been working at Spire, where they have held two roles. Richard started as a Spacecraft Hardware Engineer, responsible for designing spacecraft subsystems. Currently, they serve as the Lead Power Spacecraft Hardware Engineer, leading a team in designing and manufacturing power products for spacecraft hardware. Richard is also involved in the overall power management and design using Altium/Nexus tools.

Richard Marshall attended Bournemouth University from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Electronic Engineering with a focus on Electronics Engineering. Additionally, they studied at Cardinal Newman, a 6th form college, however, the start and end years are not provided.
