Doug Roberts

Doug Roberts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and management. Currently serving as a Technology Advisory Board Member at MEF Forum since 2024, Roberts has held the position of Executive Vice President & General Manager for the ATA Business at Spirent Communications since October 2019. Previous roles include Senior Vice President & General Manager at VIAVI Solutions and Vice President of Enterprise Service Assurance at NETSCOUT. Roberts has a notable tenure at Danaher Corporation from 2001 to 2015, where multiple leadership positions were held across service assurance and cybersecurity. Earlier career milestones include consulting engineering at McAfee, senior network engineering at Harland Clarke, and technical project management at GCI. In addition to a PhD in Applied Statistics and Big Data Models from the University of Liverpool, Roberts holds an MBA with Honors in International Business and Corporate Finance from Mercer University and has completed executive education in Strategy and Innovation at MIT Sloan School of Management.
